ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or using the website myteamcricket.site ("Website"), or by engaging with any services offered by My Team Cricket (operated by CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN: U78100JH2023OPC021360), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Website and services. Your continued use of the Website or services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and anyone who interacts with our Website or services in any capacity — whether browsing, submitting an inquiry, requesting a mockup, or placing an order.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

My Team Cricket is a custom-order jersey and merchandise printing service operated by CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a One Person Company registered in Jharkhand, India. It is essential that you understand the following about our business model before using our services:

• We do not sell ready-made, pre-manufactured, or off-the-shelf products of any kind
• Every single product we make is custom-designed and printed specifically for your order based on the specifications you provide
• Each order is unique — no two orders are identical unless the exact same design and specifications are intentionally repeated
• We are a small, founder-operated business — not a large-scale manufacturer, retailer, or e-commerce platform
• Our capacity is limited and we accept orders based on our current production schedule and capability
• Products include: custom cricket jerseys, team kits (jersey + trousers + cap), corporate cricket wear, and fan merchandise (t-shirts, caps, accessories)

Because of the custom-made nature of our products, policies around returns, exchanges, refunds, and order modifications are significantly different from standard e-commerce stores. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

ELIGIBILITY

To use our Website and services, and to place orders, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting inquiries, forms, or orders. Providing false or misleading information may result in your order being refused or cancelled.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
• You must not use our Website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom jersey design: We create digital mockup designs based on your requirements — showing how your jersey will look with your team name, colors, logo, player names, and numbers
• Jersey and kit printing: We print and produce custom jerseys, trousers, caps, and complete cricket kits using sublimation printing technology on sports-grade polyester fabric
• Merchandise printing: We print custom t-shirts, caps, and accessories with your designs
• Design consultation: We help customers who don't have a ready design — creating concepts from scratch based on their preferences
• Packaging and shipping: We package finished products and ship them across India through courier partners

We do not provide: graphic design services unrelated to jersey/merchandise printing, blank unprinted garments, cricket equipment (bats, balls, pads), or any product not explicitly listed above.

ORDERING PROCESS — STEP BY STEP

Understanding the ordering process is critical because it defines exactly when obligations begin for both you and us:

Step 1 — Inquiry (No Commitment)

You contact us via our website form, email, phone, or WhatsApp with your requirement. This is an inquiry, not an order. No commitment is created at this stage. You are free to ask questions, share ideas, and explore without any obligation.

Step 2 — Free Mockup Design (No Commitment)

We create a free digital mockup based on your brief. This mockup is provided at absolutely no charge and does not constitute an order, a contract, or a binding agreement. You are under no obligation to proceed.

Step 3 — Review & Revisions (No Commitment)

You review the mockup and provide feedback. We make revisions as needed. There is no charge for reasonable revisions during this stage. You can request changes to colors, layout, names, numbers, logo placement, or overall design direction.

Step 4 — Quote (No Commitment)

Once the design is finalized to your satisfaction, we share a detailed price quote. This quote is specific to your order — including per-unit pricing, total cost, shipping charges (if applicable), and estimated delivery timeline. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date shared, unless otherwise stated. After 7 days, prices may be subject to revision.

Step 5 — Order Confirmation (Binding Agreement Created)

When you explicitly approve the final design, accept the quoted price, and complete payment — the order is officially confirmed. This is the point at which a legally binding agreement is created between you and My Team Cricket. Until all three conditions are met (design approval + price acceptance + payment), neither party has any binding obligation.

Step 6 — Production & Delivery

We produce your jerseys, conduct quality checks on every piece, package them securely, and ship to your address. Production begins only after Step 5 is complete.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing

• All prices are custom-quoted based on each specific order — there is no fixed price list
• Pricing depends on: quantity ordered, design complexity (number of colors, detail level), material/fabric choice, level of customization (names, numbers, logos), and shipping destination
• A quote provided for one order does not apply to a different or future order, even if the orders appear similar
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include production costs
• Shipping charges are quoted separately and communicated clearly before you confirm
• Taxes (GST), if applicable, will be explicitly mentioned in the quote
• Prices may change over time based on raw material costs, printing costs, and other economic factors
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated

Payment

• Full payment (or a mutually agreed advance amount) must be received before production begins, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing
• We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and other standard methods available in India
• Payment instructions and account details are shared at the time of order confirmation
• We do not store your financial information — card numbers, bank passwords, or UPI PINs are never shared with or retained by us
• Payment confirmation (screenshot, transaction ID, or bank reference) serves as your order confirmation receipt
• For large orders, we may agree to milestone-based payments (e.g., 50% advance + 50% before shipping) — this will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation

DESIGN APPROVAL AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

This is one of the most important sections of these Terms. Please read it carefully:

• You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before production starts
• Once you give approval (verbally, via message, email, or in any form), we proceed with production based on the approved design — exactly as shown in the mockup
• Please carefully check: every player name (spelling), every jersey number, logo placement, colors, text content, and overall layout before approving
• Errors in the approved design that were present at the time of approval are the customer's responsibility. We produce what was approved.
• We are not liable for errors that were visible in the mockup but missed or overlooked during your review
• After approval and payment, design changes may not be possible — especially if production has already started
• If you notice an error after approving but before production starts, contact us immediately — we will try our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee it

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Estimated production time: 7–15 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on order size, design complexity, and current production volume
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 additional business days within India after dispatch, depending on your location
• All timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can and do occur due to: high order volume, material availability issues, equipment maintenance, design complexity, courier partner delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, festivals, strikes, or other factors beyond our reasonable control
• We will proactively communicate any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them
• My Team Cricket is not liable for damages, losses, missed events, or missed tournaments caused by delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
• If you have a hard deadline (tournament date, event date), please communicate it at the inquiry stage — we will honestly tell you whether we can meet it, and plan accordingly

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Because all products are custom-printed on fabric, you should be aware of the following inherent variations:

• Color differences: Minor color variations between the digital mockup and the final printed product are normal and expected. How a color appears on your screen (phone, laptop, monitor) depends on your device's screen calibration, brightness, and color profile. The same color will appear differently on different devices, and differently again when printed on fabric.
• Fabric variations: Slight variations in fabric texture, weight, or feel may occur between different batches of material. These do not affect functionality or durability.
• Print finish: Print finish (matte, semi-matte, slightly glossy) may vary based on fabric type, ink batch, and printing conditions. These are production variables, not defects.
• Sizing tolerances: Industry-standard sizing tolerances of ±0.5 to 1 inch may apply. If precise measurements are critical, please discuss this with us before ordering.

These variations are inherent to the custom printing industry worldwide and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, a design error, or a valid reason for refund, return, or exchange.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Content

When you provide logos, images, text, designs, or any visual/textual material for printing, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the rights to all materials you submit, or you have obtained proper written authorization from the rightful owner
• The materials do not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• You have the legal right to reproduce the materials on physical products
• You will not submit official logos of professional cricket teams (IPL franchises, national teams), sports brands (Nike, Adidas, Puma), or other protected trademarks without proof of authorization

My Team Cricket is not responsible for verifying the intellectual property status of customer-submitted designs. This responsibility lies entirely with you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED against any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from IP infringement in designs you submit.

Our Content

All content on our website — including text, code, design, layout, graphics, images, branding, and the My Team Cricket name and logo — is the intellectual property of CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from our website without our written permission.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• Free mockups can be declined at any time with absolutely no cost
• Cancellation before production starts may allow a full or partial refund
• Cancellation after production has started is generally not possible
• Defective or significantly incorrect products will be addressed on a case-by-case basis

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

• We do not offer a formal warranty on custom-printed products, as they are made to order based on your specifications and approval
• We stand behind the quality of our work — if there is a genuine manufacturing defect (not a design error you approved), we will address it as described in our Refund Policy
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, missed events, personal embarrassment, or emotional distress
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as "best quality," "lowest prices," "fastest delivery," or "exact color match"
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise)

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our Website or services for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose
• Printing content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Submitting designs that infringe on others' intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents)
• Impersonating another person, team, organization, government body, or brand without authorization
• Printing content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
• Attempting to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our website, servers, or systems
• Scraping, copying, or extracting data or content from our website using automated tools without permission
• Placing orders with fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial information
• Reselling our services or products as your own without our written agreement

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates these prohibitions or that we find objectionable for any reason, without needing to provide justification. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms), pandemics or epidemics, government lockdowns or restrictions, wars or civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, power failures or internet outages, equipment breakdowns, supply chain disruptions, raw material shortages, carrier/courier delays, acts of God, or any other force majeure events.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its founder, employees, contractors, and associates from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Website or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any materials, designs, logos, or content you submit for printing
• Any false or misleading information you provide

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any disputes arising from these Terms or our services:

• Step 2 — Written complaint: If informal resolution fails, submit a written complaint via email with full details of the dispute. We will respond within 15 days.
• Step 3 — Legal recourse: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Team Cricket / CC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED regarding your use of our Website and services.
