DELIVERY COVERAGE
We deliver custom jerseys and merchandise across India — including metro cities, state capitals, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, district towns, and most areas accessible by standard courier services.
If you are located in a remote area where standard courier services do not operate (extremely rural areas, islands, border regions, or areas with restricted access), we will inform you before confirming the order. In such cases, we may discuss alternative arrangements, such as delivery to the nearest accessible town or city.
We currently do not offer international shipping as a standard service. However, if you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss — we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, and extended delivery timelines.
COMPLETE ORDER-TO-DELIVERY TIMELINE
Your order goes through several stages before it reaches your doorstep. Here's the complete timeline breakdown so you know exactly what to expect at each stage:
Stage 1: Design & Approval (1–5 days)
After you submit your requirement, we create a mockup design (typically 1–3 days). You then review the design, suggest changes, and give final approval (1–2 days depending on how quickly you provide feedback). This stage is entirely dependent on communication speed between you and us.
Stage 2: Payment & Confirmation (1–2 days)
Once you approve the design and accept the price quote, you make payment. We verify payment receipt and officially confirm your order. Production is queued after payment confirmation.
Stage 3: Production (7–15 working days)
This is the manufacturing stage. Your jerseys are printed using sublimation technology, stitched, and assembled. The timeline varies based on:
- Quantity: Larger orders (30+ jerseys) take longer than smaller orders (10-15 jerseys)
- Design complexity: Multi-color, detailed designs with gradients take more production time than simple designs
- Current production volume: If we have multiple orders in the queue, each order is processed in sequence
- Material availability: In rare cases, specific fabric colors or types may need to be sourced, adding 2–3 days
- Seasonal demand: During tournament seasons (September–March), production volume is higher and timelines may be longer
Stage 4: Quality Check & Packaging (1–2 days)
After production, every single piece is individually inspected. We check print quality, color accuracy, stitching integrity, sizing accuracy, and overall finish. Items that don't meet our standards are reprinted. Approved items are individually folded, placed in polybags, and packed in outer shipping boxes.
Stage 5: Shipping & Delivery (3–10 business days after dispatch)
Estimated delivery time after your order is dispatched:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- State capitals and major tier-2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Patna, etc.): 4–6 business days
- Tier-3 cities and smaller towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days
- North-East India, J&K, and island territories: 7–12 business days
Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: Approximately 15–25 working days, depending on order complexity and your location. We will provide a more specific, order-specific estimate when we share your quote. Please factor this into your planning, especially if you have a tournament or event deadline.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched from our production facility, we provide the following tracking information:
- Courier partner name: The name of the delivery service handling your shipment (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, Ekart, etc.)
- Tracking number / AWB number: A unique tracking number that you can use to check your shipment status in real-time on the courier's website
- Tracking link: A direct link to the courier's tracking page for easy access
- Expected delivery date: An estimated date based on courier transit times to your location
This information is shared via WhatsApp and/or email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package at any time using the provided tracking number.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if the status seems stuck, contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf and provide you an update.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are determined based on:
- Total order weight and package dimensions
- Delivery location (distance from our dispatch point in Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Courier service used (standard vs. express)
- Number of packages required for the order
Shipping charges will be clearly communicated in your quote — before you confirm and pay. There are absolutely no hidden shipping fees added after confirmation.
In some cases, shipping may be included in the overall order price, especially for larger orders. This will be explicitly mentioned in the quote.
If you require express/priority shipping for urgent orders, please let us know at the time of inquiry — we may be able to arrange faster shipping at an additional cost.
PACKAGING
We take packaging seriously to ensure your jerseys arrive in perfect condition:
- Each jersey is individually folded and placed in a clear polybag for protection against moisture and friction
- All items in an order are packed together in a sturdy corrugated box or heavy-duty courier bag
- For larger orders, items may be packed in multiple boxes to avoid overpacking and reduce damage risk
- Additional padding/bubble wrap is used for orders containing accessories or delicate items
- Each package is securely sealed and labeled with your delivery address, phone number, and our return address
- A packing slip listing all items in the package is included for your reference
If you notice any visible damage, tampering, or wetness on the outer packaging when the courier delivers it, photograph the package before opening and contact us immediately.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- The courier partner will contact you at the phone number provided during order confirmation to coordinate delivery
- Delivery is typically made to your doorstep, building gate, or apartment reception — depending on the courier's standard process in your area
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package in person
- An OTP (One-Time Password) or signature may be required for delivery verification, depending on the courier service and your location
- If the courier arrives and no one is available, they may leave a notification and attempt delivery again the next day
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, it may be due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery address
- No one available at the address to receive the package (despite multiple attempts)
- Phone number unreachable or switched off during delivery coordination
- Address inaccessible to the courier vehicle (gated communities without entry permission, restricted areas)
- Refused delivery by the person at the address
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts over a period of 3–5 days. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO).
In case of RTO:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address and phone number
- Re-shipping charges will apply for sending the package again. These charges are the customer's responsibility if the failed delivery was due to incorrect address or unavailability on your end.
- If the package was returned due to a courier error (wrong delivery attempt, incorrect RTO), we will reship at no additional cost.
- Packages are held for 30 days after RTO. If unclaimed after 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the products.
To avoid failed deliveries: Please ensure your address is complete and accurate (including PIN code, floor number, landmark), and that the phone number is reachable during business hours.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Package Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives with visible damage (crushed box, wet packaging, torn courier bag):
- Take photos of the damaged outer packaging before opening
- Open the package carefully and check all items inside
- Take photos of any damaged items, clearly showing the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with all photos and your order details
We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the issue. Products damaged during transit (not during production) will be reprinted or refunded at our cost — you will not bear any expense for courier-caused damage.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if the package has been in transit for an unusually long time without updates:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or family members who may have accepted the package
- Contact us with your tracking number and order details
- We will raise a formal complaint with the courier partner and investigate
- If the package is confirmed lost by the courier (undeliverable, lost in transit), we will either reship your order or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you
Lost shipment investigations typically take 7–14 days to resolve with the courier partner.
INCOMPLETE ORDERS / MISSING ITEMS
If you receive your package but some items are missing (e.g., you ordered 15 jerseys but only received 12):
- Check all packaging thoroughly — items may be packed in separate polybags within the same box, or in multiple boxes
- If items are genuinely missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of what you received and a count of items
- We will verify against our dispatch records (packing slip, weight records, photos)
- If the discrepancy is confirmed, missing items will be produced and shipped promptly at no additional cost
SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
We can accommodate certain special delivery requirements if discussed in advance:
- Expedited shipping: We may arrange faster courier services (same-day dispatch, air shipping) at an additional cost. Discuss at the time of quoting.
- Multiple delivery addresses: If team members are in different cities and you need jerseys shipped to multiple addresses, let us know in advance. Each additional shipment will have its own shipping charge.
- Event/tournament deadline: If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront so we can plan production and shipping accordingly. We will be honest about whether we can meet it. We cannot guarantee deadlines but will prioritize urgent orders when possible.
- Gift packaging: Special packaging requests (gift wrapping, custom packaging) may be available for an additional fee — discuss with us.
